Russian Salads

Russian Salads - IIHMCA, Hyderabad

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chopped and parboiled mixed vegetables (french beans,carrots, green peas and potato)
  • 1/2 cup chopped canned pineapple
  • 1/2 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • salt to taste and to taste

Procedure

  1. Combine the mixed vegetables and pineapple in a deep bowl and toss well.
  2. Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well.
  3. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
