
Russian Salads

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chopped and parboiled mixed vegetables (french beans,carrots, green peas and potato)
- 1/2 cup chopped canned pineapple
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- salt to taste and to taste
Procedure
- Combine the mixed vegetables and pineapple in a deep bowl and toss well.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and toss well.
- Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour and serve chilled.
