Chocolate lava cake

Ingredients

Chocolate 110 gms

  • Sugar 125 gms
  • Butter 125 gms
  • Eggs 2 no
  • Egg yolks 2 no
  • Flour 75 gms

Procedure

  1. 1. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar till it melts completely.
  2. 2. Melt chocolate and butter on a double boiler.
  3. 3.mix them together and add flour, make a lumpless batter
  4. 4. Portion it into small moulds. And bake at 160c temp for 13 mins.
  5. 5. and serve hot with ice cream on side
