
Chocolate lava cake

Ingredients
Chocolate 110 gms
- Sugar 125 gms
- Butter 125 gms
- Eggs 2 no
- Egg yolks 2 no
- Flour 75 gms

Procedure
- 1. Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar till it melts completely.
- 2. Melt chocolate and butter on a double boiler.
- 3.mix them together and add flour, make a lumpless batter
- 4. Portion it into small moulds. And bake at 160c temp for 13 mins.
- 5. and serve hot with ice cream on side
